Brandon Leonard
I grew up in the hustle and bustle of Northern Virginia. Despite undergoing open-heart surgery as an infant I always had a passion for sports and competition, basketball and soccer being two of my first loves in life. That passion for competition and excellence led me to cooking once I had finished high school. I began working in restaurants in 2005 and had traveled most of the US, working in several James Beard kitchens, by 2018. I spent most of my cooking career in Portland, Oregon, where I met Brittney.
When I first moved to Las Vegas in 2018 I was still considering work as a chef or butcher. At the time Brittney was working independently as an Affiliate Manager for a couple clients. I would occasionally glance over at her laptop, watching the clicks and conversions come in. After a while I was sure I was starting to see something in the data. I made a few suggestions to Brittney and we saw immediate success, scaling our first client into the millions in just a few months!
I have served as the voice and face for international brands in health & wellness, tech automation, and digital marketing for the last 15 years. My journey in health and wellness started in 2008 for a nutritional supplement manufacturer and distributor in Southern California, where my upbeat attitude and positivity was my calling card. I had a brief stint in tech automation when I moved to the PNW, part of an outgoing and dedicated client-account team responsible for the generation of 30 million in annual revenue.
I transitioned into digital marketing in 2017 with a full-service agency handling Affiliate and Advertiser Management. I began working for myself in 2018, doing freelance affiliate management for growing advertisers. In 2019 B&B Affiliate Management was founded, and then in 2021 Heart Marketing Agency was launched. I specialize in nurturing relationships and truly enjoy it. My experience and network, combined with Brandon’s analytical mind and project management skills have prepared us to add value to any business in the digital marketplace.
